Osprey Heating & Air was founded by Matt Dobrowolski with one goal in mind: to deliver HVAC work the right way.
Matt grew up in Cody, Wyoming, where hard work, self-reliance and doing things right the first time weren’t optional. After serving in the United States Army Infantry, he went on to Arizona State University, originally pursuing criminal law. Over the years he found himself working in the trades, and quickly realized it was something he genuinely enjoyed and took pride in. What started as a job turned into a true passion.
Now nearly a decade into the trade, Matt runs Osprey on a simple standard, and when you call, you’re working directly with the person responsible for the quality of the job.
Do clean work. Be honest. Take care of the customer.
No sales pressure. No inflated upgrades. Just dependable heating and cooling built to last.
Why Osprey exists
Osprey was built on a simple belief: homeowners deserve honesty, quality workmanship and clear communication. Too often in the HVAC industry, jobs are rushed, corners are cut, and customers are left confused about what they’re paying for. Osprey exists to raise the standard.

Heating and cooling systems designed to perform in Montana’s demanding climate and stand the test of time.
“Our business is built on Christian values: treating people fairly, keeping our word, serving others well, and honoring God through the work we do.”
